This Seller's communication is terrible. Within 5 minutes of placing an order, I asked the Seller to cancel the order so that I could reorder with a $5 coupon. The owner took one day to ask me if I was requesting a return (which I thought was clear) and I responded to her within minutes. Then 2 days after the purchase, she told me that the item went into production & there was nothing she could do. It's her store so I would imagine she could have done something to help a customer out, even honor my coupon. She refused. There are lots of good sellers on this site so I'd rather take my business elsewhere.
