Loved the product when I was finally able to "open" the packaging! I understand why it was packaged as it was, but as someone with arthritis, it took me over 30 minutes to get enough of the cardboard removed to finally access the product. Was frustrating to say the least! However, I'm really pleased with what I ordered!
